During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

 4. Domestic and International Shipping:

  We currently do NOT  ship to international destinations. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Royal Palace Wig Boutique is not responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Order Tracking:

 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and accessing the order history section.

 6. Delivery Time:

 The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the destination of your order. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs delays.

Royal Palace Wig Boutique takes utmost care in packaging and shipping your order. However, in rare cases where a package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
